waxing and tuning

sup guys

      how often do i have to tune and wax my board? can i take to a shop to get it done? and how much will it cost for a wax/tune up

Well how often really depends on how much your riding and stuff.  Theres a post here that talks about when to tune http://www.frostyrider.com/boards/index.php/topic,185.0.html . 
Yea just about any good shop should do it.  How much it costs really depends on the shop and i kinda forgot how much i paid last time but your probably looking at between 25-45 or so. 
Its extra if you actually need like a p-tex repair or something.
