      Hi. I'm a 5'9″ 250 pound ball of goodness, and I'm looking for a new snowboard. (Considering Burton Custom X).I alredy have a Rome Notch for powder runs, so I'm mainly gonna use this one in the groomers and maybe on some jumps and park runs (Although not very much of the latter as that still is beyond my current ability).When I look at the recomentations for length, I always end up with 163-164 and upwards, and that seems a bit long to me.As I said I'm not gonna use the board much in powder, as I have my Notch for that, and I fear that a long board will be hard to manouver and have a lot of fun with. My current board is 156, and I've been riding that since the dawn of time (not the Notch), so there is quite a big difference if I end up with a 164 board.My gut feeling is that going over 160 would feel too long for me, but on the other hand I

        If you are not planning on doing any powder turns, it will be more maneuverable on a shorter stick.  The Burton Custom X is an outstanding board, so I vote for the 156 – 159 range for you.
