2011 Visa U.S. Halfpipe Grand Prix at Copper Mountain
 
Olympic medalist Kelly Clark (Mount Snow, VT) will be bringing her A game to the 2011 Visa U.S. Halfpipe Grand Prix Dec. 10-11 at Copper Mountain. The season opener will feature both a return of the snowboard Olympians plus a ski halfpipe event that will serve as a qualifier for the upcoming World Championships.
 
Also on the Copper menu is the popular series for developing athletes, the Paul Mitchell Progression Sesson. The Session's slopestyle event will be held under the lights Saturday, Dec. 11.

In the halfpipe, spectators should look for Olympians Clark and Louie Vito (Sandy, UT) as well as ski halfpipe extraordinaires Walter Wood (Evergreen, CO) and Jen Hudak (Salt Lake City).
