preparing for the first day of the season

my resort just opened and hunting makes that a no no at least over the weekend but waht kind of things do I need to do for peak performance

They hunt snowboarders where you are?  I thought they only did the in West Virginia.

Nothing beats just general fitness and just getting out there and snowboarding as much as possible.  Also, check out the articles here http://www.frostyrider.com/tips/articles.htm

i hunt I got a nice doe sunday morning and my dad got a nice buck now I am free to snowboard thanks for the advice
