Help ease my withdrawl
« on: March 24, 2008, 01:08:46 PM »
I am addicted to snowboarding especially powder. Are there any specific activities  for summer that might give me the same free spirited high? I am really active but riding my bike just isn't the same - ya know? Maybe even a suggestion of some books to read to take me to the powder mentally would be helpful. I am planning a summer trip to Mt. Hood just in case nothing works.

I hear that wakeboarding is kind of the same.  I have never tried it but that is what I hear.  So if you have any friends with a boat.......

Good point.  I wakeboarded a couple times and it crossed over really well.  Kitesurfing is pretty remarkable too!
